Nualgi is a highly concentrated liquid selection of micro-nutrients on a nano silica base that feed diatom algae. Diatom algae are a silica based naturally occuriung algae that use the nutrients in a pond or lake so that cellulose based green and blue-green algae cannot thrive. Diatoms are clear and not visible and are consumed by zooplankton and zooplankton is food for fish. Nualgi works well in combination with beneficical bacteria such as Microbe-Lift PL.
DOSAGE:
1ml per 1000 gallons diluted in 100ml of water applied once a week
- 60ml (Treats 60,000 gal)
- 125ml (Treats 125,000 gal)
- 250ml (Treats 250,000 gal)
- 500ml (Treats 500,000 gal)
- 1L (Treats 2,000,000 gal)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Nualgi cannot be used with UV lights, Ionizers or algaecides as they kill the diatom algae.
