Shipping Policy

Order Processing Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours once your order is prepared for shipping or pickup.


Store Pickup

Pickup is available at:
2710 March Road, Carp, ON K0A 1L0
Pickup hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.


Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for addresses within 35 km of our store.

To determine eligibility:

  • Enter your address at checkout.

  • If the local delivery option does not appear, your address is outside the delivery zone.

Delivery Schedule: Weekdays after 12:00 PM.
You will be contacted by phone to confirm delivery availability.

Delivery Areas: Kanata, Ottawa, Arnprior, Richmond, and Carleton Place.

Flat Rate Delivery Fees:

  • Within 15 km: $12.99 (Free for orders $50+)

  • Within 35 km: $12.99 (Free for orders $100+)


Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location and package size.

Please note:

  • Live plants and select fragile items are not eligible for shipping.

  • Oversized items may require a custom quote. If applicable, we will contact you after checkout with shipping options and pricing.

We currently ship within Canada only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at  so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item once accepted, and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
